Active Projects
Active projects are the projects that are disbursing and have not yet closed within a given year.
For example, if a project was approved by the Board, signed, and made effective in fiscal year (FY) 2001 and closed in FY 2004, then that project would be in the active portfolio for FY 2001, FY 2002, FY 2003, and FY 2004. It would not be in the active portfolio for FY 2005.
The “Active Projects” report shows the active projects over a period of five fiscal years. The first graph shows the number of projects that were in the active portfolio for a given country; the second graph shows the commitment amount of these projects in millions of U.S. dollars.

Note: The Lending Product lines covered in this chart include IBRD/IDA, Global Environment Facilities, Special Financing and Montreal Protocol projects.
