Use Browse by Theme to select by one Theme, or all the Themes pertaining to one Major Theme.
All Bank projects are classified by one to five Theme(s). Themes are:
- The goals/objectives of Bank activities
- Consistent with the Bank's corporate advocacy and global public goods priorities
- Also used to capture Bank support to the Millennium Development Goals
Themes are not:
- Methods/instruments of delivery or ways of doing business
- Reflections of the structure of Networks in the Bank
- Mutually exclusive
Themes are also associated with Goals and Priorities: Corporate Advocacy Priorities, Global Public Goods, and Millennium Development Goals.
