2007 Small States Forum The 2007 Small States Forum was held on Sunday, October 21, from 13:30-18:00, in room JB1-080 of the World Bank’s headquarters in Washington, DC. The 2007 Forum was chaired by the Honorable Willie Jimmy Tapangararua, Minister of Finance and Economic Management, Republic of Vanuatu.
