| This Standard Form of Agreement for Consultant’s Services has been prepared by The World Bank for use by its borrowers and their implementing agencies (referred to hereinafter as Clients) when they hire UN Agencies on a single source basis for the carrying out of consultant’s services financed by The World Bank. Its use is mandatory under the circumstances described. |
