Sample Form of Agreement
between the
World Bank Borrower and UN Agencies for the Procurement of Health Goods

July 2008

As of May 21, 2009, the World Bank has agreed with each of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF); United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA); and World Health Organization (WHO) on a specific template of Agreement to be used when that organization supports governments in procuring health related goods under Bank financed projects.
