It is important to emphasize that cross country comparisons are not appropriate given the vastly different nature of countries' institutions, histories, forms of government and other factors.
PRSPs build on the CDF. CDF principles are the core framework for PRSPs, which operationalize CDF in low-income countries.
The Development Gateway is an interactive portal for information and knowledge sharing on sustainable development and poverty reduction. These country-specific sites provide useful information on progress in implementing the CDF principles.
