| Â RETURN POLICY |
Publications may be returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. However, sales of project documents and clearance merchandise are final and no returns can be accepted. Shipping charges for returns are not the responsibility of the InfoShop, except in cases of shipped defective merchandise. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as purchased; however, refunds over $100.00 will be issued by check only. |
