Event Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in holding an InfoShop event. Please complete a separate proposal for each event. All event requests will receive a response in 5-10 business days. In addition, all event proposals need to be submitted at least 8 weeks in advance of the proposed date of the event, which will allow adequte time for decision to be issued and a sufficient planning process to take place.

The InfoShop Vetting Committee reserves the right to accept events based on space availbility, content timeliness and an adequate timeline for planning and promotions.
