This report is the 5th global report since the Global Coral Reef Monitoring Network was formed in 1996. The united goal is to inform the global community on the status of coral reefs, the threats to them and, importantly, to list recommendations to improve coral reef conservation.Â

Strategic Partnership for the Mediterranean Sea Large Marien Ecosystem Fund
The Partnership, led by UNEP/MAP and the World Bank, with funding from others and involving other relevant agencies, serves as a catalyst in leveraging policy, legal, and institutional reforms as well as additional investments for reversing degradation of the Mediterranean Sea Basin, with its coastal habitats and marine living resources.
