The Executive Committee was established to develop and monitor the implementation of specific operational policies, guielines and administrative arrangements, including the disbursement of resources for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the Multilateral Fund. Countries to sit on the Executive Committee are selected on the basis of a balanced representation of countries which are Parties to the Protocol.
