Data on rural projects is available from a variety of sources.

Project Portfolio, the World Bank projects database includes basic data for all of the World Bank lending projects from 1947 to the present, including data for Guarantees, GEF Full-Sized, GEF Medium-Sized, Montreal Protocol, Carbon Offsets, Debt Service Facility, Rainforest Trust, and Special Financing. The link on the right accesses currently active projects which address rural development and agriculture.

IFC Project Documents Database, provides information on current projects of the International Finance Corporation. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) promotes sustainable private sector investment in developing countries as a way to reduce poverty and improve people's lives. IFC's traditional and largest activity is to finance private sector projects in developing countries. IFC provides loans, equity finance and quasi-equity. Accessible Information on Development Activities (AiDA), hosted by the Development Gateway, is a common entry point to information on activities of the major international development donors and some civil society organizations and private foundations. Topics of interest covered in AiDA include: agriculture, food security, ICTs in rural development, water, environment, among others.
