Acknowledgements for the First Update of the Agriculture Investment Sourcebook

The first update of the Agriculture Investment Sourcebook, like the original version would not have been possible without contributions from and the involvement of a large number of people from within all units of the World Bank working on agriculture, and partner organizations. The task was managed by Eija Pehu with a team consisting of Riikka Rajalahti, Jonathan Agwe and Arunima Dhar (ARD).

Agricultural and Rural Development Thematic Groups (TGs) coordinated the updating process and the peer review process of the modules specifically Sustainable Agricultural Systems, Knowledge and Institutions (SASKI) (Modules 2, 3, and 4); the NRM Thematic Group (Module 5); the Private Sector and Agribusiness Thematic Group (Module 6); Rural Institutions Markets and Financial Infrastructure (RIMFI) Thematic Group (Module 7); Land Policies Thematic Group (Module 9); Community-Driven Rural Development (part of Module 11); and the Gender Thematic Group (gender-mainstreaming across all modules).

Cook (SASAR), Malcolm Childress (LCSER), Francois Le Gall (AFTS 3) and Cees De Haan (ARD).

Finally, Kevin Cleaver (ARD) and Sushma Ganguly (ARD) contributed invaluable guidance and support throughout the updating process of the Sourcebook. Special thanks to Kelly Cassady for editing the entire updated version. Sarian Akibo-Betts (ARD) assisted with logistics. Melissa Williams (ARD) and Carla Cathey (ARD) managed the electronic publishing of the updated version of the Sourcebook. While the above list is comprehensive, it is very likely that we have overlooked important contributors. Our apologies for this oversight, and thanks to all of the contributors.
