    
At the request of the Government of the Central African Republic (CAR), WBI and the World Bank LICUS team assisted the government of CAR in the delivery of a leadership training seminar in Bangui, CAR, in November 2004. The seminar was cosponsored by BONUCA and UNDP and was designed around key results in the government's transition matrix. The seminar provided experiences from leaders from other African countries which have also gone through post-conflict transitions.
