     
WBI - Madagascar collaboration has evolved over the last two years building up from selected thematic programs, through two successive Cabinet Retreats to the introduction of the Rapid Results Approach to the implementation of the Governments FY05 strategic results framework. In addition to the design and development of the Third Cabinet Retreat this year, WBI has a major commitment and involvement in advising the team on a ‘Capacity Building and Strengthening Training Institutions’ component of the Governance and Institutional Development Project. Upon request from the Government of Madagascar, WBI is also piloting the design of a learning program for the recently appointed Regional Heads.
