Engage, Inspire, Empower
The Youth to Youth (Y2Y) Community is a network of young World Bank Group employees aiming to channel fresh ideas and perspectives into World Bank Group operations and to engage, inspire and empower youth in development.
Y2Y coordinates a series of activities including:
- Youth Innovation Fund
- Global Youth Conference
- Career development events, initiatives and networking opportunities
- Brown bag lunches and seminars about development issues
- Community service and social engagement opportunities
- Mentorship program
