| The PRSP process aims at fostering an open and inclusive national dialogue among stakeholders in order to ensure effective participation and ownership of the strategy. The strategic use of communication concepts and tools can help establish ownership and ensure accountability by stimulating public debate around PRSP through sharing and dissemination of information and knowledge at all levels of society. In addition, a comprehensive strategic communication approach would ensure a two-way flow of information, use the watchdog role of media, establish momentum and manage expectations for better PRSP outcomes.
