The Strategic Communication Learning Program (SCLP) invites distinguished guest lecturers and works with academic institutions (Harvard University, Georgetown University, University of Minnesota, and Oxford University), as well as international organizations, donor groups/foundations, and private PR and communication companies.

Inside the World Bank, the SCLP cooperates with the Communications Network (CommNet), Environmentally and Socially Sustainable Development (ESSD), International Finance Corporation (IFC), Operations Policy & Country Services (OPCS), Process & Interaction Stratgic Learning Center (P&I SLC), Social Development Department (SDV), the World Bank Institute (WBI), and regional learning programs (courses delivered in Africa, East Asia & the Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & the Caribbean, and South Asia.
