Peer Review Meeting - Research on Post-Conflict Environments

On Tuesday, February 5, 2008, CommGAP hosted a day-long peer review meeting on two of its major pieces of research on post-conflict environments: The Missing Link - Re-enabling the Public Sphere in Support of Post-Conflict State-building, by Henriette von Kaltenborn-Stachau, and Toward a New Communication Doctrine in Post-Conflict & Fragile States, by Shanthi Kalathil, with John Langlois and Adam Kaplan of USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives.
