The objective of the training session was to sensitize higher education stakeholders, working at Ministry levels (Ministry of tertiary education and Ministry of Finances) or at the University level, to major and urgent questions related to the sector financing. This workshop also sought to stimulate experiences sharing among participant countries and to strengthen national capacities in simulation models manipulation.
