Global Education Reform website was archived in a toolkit in June 2005. The toolkit presents key readings which illustrate some of the specific issues related to the politics of reform in education, institutional strengthening for education reform, and reform evaluation, as well as specific tools that can be used to conduct a stakeholder analysis and analysis of reform processes.
The toolkit is divided into two main parts. The first part gives an overview of the key issues in global education reform. The second part examines different types of education reform, as well as financing reform, education compendium, and training.
