This regional tertiary education conference was organized jointly by the World Bank, the Association of African Universities, ADEA Working Group on Higher Education, and Ghana National Council for Tertiary Education.

Purpose: The Conference seeks to share lessons learned in Africa on how to carry out innovation, change and transformation for the improvement of tertiary education.
