• National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) - The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is the U.S.’s primary laboratory for renewable energy and energy efficiency R&D.
• Global Village Energy Partnership (GVEP) - This site provides up-to-date material on the development of GVEP as well as a means for Partner organizations to contribute and search for information relevant to the Partnership.
• United States Department of Energy’s Office Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE) - This site serves as a gateway to hundreds of web sites and thousands of online documents on energy efficiency and renewable energy.
• International Energy Agency (IEA) - This is the IEA’s information center for publications, statistics and other helpful information on renewable energy.
• UN-Energy - This site provides up to date information as part of the United Nation’s multi-disciplinary response to the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD).
• Global Approval Program for Photovoltaic (PVGAP) - This not-for-profit international organization promotes the utilization of quality PV products and distinguishes them from products of unknown quality. The World Bank recognizes PV GAP's Quality Mark and Seal.
• Quality Program for Photovoltaics (QuaP-PV) - This website presents four training manuals that address the quality of design, manufacturing, testing, installation and maintenance of electronic PV components.
• A Global Overview of Renewable Energy Sources (AGORES) - This site is part of the European Union’s strategy to achieve a 12% contribution of renewable energy sources to energy consumption by 2010.
• Renewable Energy Access - This site provides daily news, technology overviews, learning events, and other information on renewable energy.
• Renewable Energy World - This site provides academics, professionals, business people, policy makers and general readers with articles and news on renewable energy and sustainable development issues.
• Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Climate Change (REACH) - This website provides information on the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) REACH program, established in early 2002.
