Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS)

Limiting atmospheric CO2 concentrations to 450 ppm is key to limiting the increase in average global temperatures. Despite a range of mitigation measures, CO2 concentrations are growing as existing measures alone are not adequate to cut back CO2 emissions. This is where carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) will play a pivotal role as an interim solution till other options become both economically and technically feasible.
