Design and implementation of Securities Lending programs of Government securities to support secondary market liquidity.

Liability Management Tools
Design and implementation of buy back and switches programs to reduce government debt rollover risk and support secondary market liquidity.

Coordination of Central Bank and Government issuance policies
Design and implementation of institutional, operational and accounting frameworks for effective structural sterilization policies by central banks, while supporting government debt market development objectives.

Design of Issuance Calendar and Benchmark Building Simulation Tool
Design of issuance programs with support of software capable of simulating alternative issuance policy scenarios, including liability management operations, with the objective of building market benchmarks to support a Government yield curve. 
 
Distribution of Government debt through mobile phones
Design and implementation of a program to distribute Government debt through mobile phones to bank and unbanked retail investors.
