How to receive advisory services

Gemloc advisory services are available to countries with local currency bond market size of at least US$3 billion — the minimum size requirement for inclusion in the GEMX Index. Approximately, 34 countries meet the US$3 billion threshold, 19 of which are already included in GEMX.

To receive advisory services, countries should send a request to Gemloc ASP. Project eligibility will be assessed by a joint team of country representatives and World Bank specialists based on criteria that measure the potential impact of local bond market development.
