The ORA aims to establish the following: Available measures to quickly and effectively minimize the major operational and development effectiveness risks identified in LGED; The fiduciary soundness of the LGED management structure currently relevant to meeting its core responsibilities; Ways to control weaknesses in management of projects, assets and other resources that are the main concerns in the possibility of funds leakages.
