| As part of its ongoing date to keep World Bank staff abreast of latest developments, the Bank’s Thematic Group on Health, Nutrition, Population, and Poverty organizes periodic lunchtime technical seminars. These informal seminars, held at approximately six-week intervals, feature speakers from both within and outside the Bank, and provide an opportunity for an extended floor discussion. The seminars are open to professionals from all development institutions in the greater Washington D.C. area. Anyone wishing to be included on the invitation list is invited to communicate with Akosua Dakwa of the Thematic Group secretariat. Ms. Dakwa’s telephone number is 202-458-2283; her e-mail address is adakwa@worldbank.org.
