How does a logical framework for an e-Government project look like? What are the key principles of e-Government? What key public administration reforms are induced by e-Government? What tools does e-Government offer for poverty reduction? What are the most successful models for provision of e-services to the poor? What are the critical issues in private sector involvement in e-service provision to the poor?

Assuming audience familiarity with e-Government, this session will explore the role that e-Government can play in the administrative reform and poverty reduction agendas. Drawing on the latest evidence from the field, the session will focus on e-government concepts, principles and models that play a key role in these agendas. The panel discussion will feature several Bank experts, including:
