Objective

This workshop aim is to expose TTLs to the implementation of Information Communications and Technology in the Public Sector as well as in revenue generating systems. The session will blend experiences from external agencies as well as those from the World Bank. The workshop will be of interest to TTLs interested in deploying ICT as a tool in their projects in order to meet the demands of their clients in various areas of public sector reform and revenue generating systems.

Description

At the end of the workshop TTLs and their managers will have a better understanding of implementation issues for ICT applications in their specific sector and the knowledge of what factors should be considered during the implementation of a specific application in a project.
