Operational Support

Our services center on supporting Bank operations on:

• E-government strategy formulation, both at the level of client governments and internally as a strategic priority within Country Assistance Strategies (CAS)
• Task team management of stand-alone e-Government projects, such as E-Sri Lanka and e-India.
• Design, appraisal and supervision of E-Government projects or project components of Bank operations.
• Preparation of analytical work relevant to e-government.
