FY06 Videoconference Series: The purpose of this series is to build client capacity and provide just-in-time international know-how on specific implementation issues for the Kazakhstan e-Government program. The program was delivered in FY06 in collaboration with the GDLN team for Europe and Central Asia.  This series illustrates how information and communications technologies can complement or reinforce knowledge transfer among different countries and groups, and how development agencies and experts can offer advisory assistance to governments and other clients through interactive technologies and techniques.  During FY06 the team organized 8 customized videoconferences.
