On 19 November 2007, the Justice for the Poor (J4P) team participated in a Land Administration Mini-Retreat sponsored by the World Bank's Agriculture and Rural Development unit. The event centered on challenges for the future of land administration, access to land, land governance, and fostering innovation in land management. The J4P team, led by Caroline Sage, presented the rationale for J4P's focus on land and natural resource management, as well as initial findings on land and local level justice from J4P's Cambodia program.
