The General Conditions are incorporated by reference in all loan, credit, guarantee and IDA grant and financing agreements. Specific provisions of the General Conditions are also incorporated in other legal agreements.

For the convenience of users who do not read English, selected General Conditions are available in Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish and Portuguese. Users are reminded that these are unofficial translations of the English version. Only the English version is binding as incorporated in the relevant legal agreement.
