Capacity Building in Angola

The workshop's main objective was to support the Government of Angola (GoA) move forward toward ratifying the Kyoto Protocol and to start technical assistance related to the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). This capacity building activity included a half day high level meeting chaired by his Excellency the Prime Minister of Angola, and a two day technical workshop, opened by his Excellency the Ministry of Urbanism and Environment an aimed at government and companies staff.
