On March 16, 2011, the World Bank and the Ministry of Planning of the Government of Liberia co-hosted a one-day workshop entitled "Equalizing Opportunities in Liberia".  The sixty-five workshop participants met at the Cape Hotel in Monrovia, Liberia.
