Empowerment and Vulnerability: A Look at Women and Youth

This lunchtime session examined the connection between empowerment and vulnerable groups. Task managers, Hermine de Soto and Carine Clert, presented and discussed their respective projects on women and youth, focusing on the rationale for targeting the specific group, tools used for empowerment, challenges encountered, and the way forward.

A discussion period followed wherein participants exchanged ideas and recommendations for approaching similar projects. This session was a valuable forum for those working on or interested in vulnerability, empowerment, CDD, gender, and youth.
