| These studies describe findings from a World Bank Trust Fund project to develop and pilot a "mixed-method" diagnostic approach for measuring and tracking empowerment in three countries. This approach has produced valuable policy-relevant findings in areas ranging from policing (Jamaica), delivery of rural water, health and education by decentralized government (Ghana) to social safety net provision (Bangladesh). |
