Assessing Organizational Performance

The purpose of the workshop is to give participants an overview of the framework, methodology and tools for assessing organizational performance, as well as the opportunity to discuss the link between sound organizational assessment and successful project identification and implementation as conduced by International Development Banks.  In addition, the workshop would look beyond project and program evaluation to an approach that was developed by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and Universalia Management Group, which assesses performance in a wide range of organizations.
