Training Events & Materials

In this section you will find information on seminars, workshops, brown-bag lunches (BBLs), and training events related to Poverty and Social Impact Analysis (PSIA).

In addition, you can access the Poverty and Social Impact Analysis E-course. The PSIA E-learning Course provides fundamental PSIA training in three modules: Module 1. The PSIA Approach - How and When it is Applied, --  Module 2. The PSIA Approach - Overview of Tools and Methods -- Module 3. Implementing PSIA - PSIA Good Practice.

The announcements, presentations and papers presented at the events are archived here.  Please click on the name of the event to access these materials (Use the free Adobe Acrobat Readerto view them).

Please note that the presentations are usually designed not to stand alone, but to be accompanied by the speaker's lecture. In addition, many presentations are made on work that is still being revised and the versions of the papers shown may not be finalized.

If you would like to be regularly kept informed about events relating to poverty analysis, poverty monitoring and impact evaluation, please contact us to be included on our distribution list. If you need assistance, in particular if you need a pass to attend the BBL, please contact Cecile Wodon at Cwodon@worldbank.org or 202-473 2542.
