GeoWB logo GeoWB has been launched by the World Bank SDNIS (Information Services) team in collaboration with the leading GIS software provider ESRI. GeoSDN is an internal spatial data platform managed by World Bank that enables data sharing and map visualizations. Users can quickly access spatial data for projects and create their own thematic groups to collaborate with team members.

Eye on Earth Eye on Earth is a global public information service for sharing data and information from diverse sources. It is a result of a public-private partnership launched in 2011 to provide GIS-based environmental and societal information to decision-making. Users include the European Environment Agecny, UNDP, USEPA, JRC, ADSIC, AGCHO, and JGI.

Open DRI OpenDRI is an initiative led by the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery and dedicated to promoting free and open source software tool, GeoNode, to make risk assessment data available for anyone to download and use. An example of OpenDRI in action is HaitiData.

Risk in a Box Risk-in-a-Box is a suite of open source GIS tools developed by AusAID (AIFDR) and the World Bank (GFDRR) that closes the loop between sharing data and actionable information to perform risk scenario analysis of natural disaster events such as a floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, etc.

Urban Portal This Web Tool was prepared in the framework of the EOWworld initiative supported by the European Space Agency (ESA) to demonstrate the state-of-the-art of urban mapping and analysis of urbanization related trends based on the European Urban Atlas methodology.
