  • East Africa:
    • Kenya Kitui-Sand Dams Project - Local adaptation to climate change, developing methodology to climate-proof a water management project to cope with long term climate change impacts. (Kenya)
  • West Africa:
    • GLOWA Volta Project - Interdisciplinary project supporting sustainable water resource management in the Volta Basin. Main aim is the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) that will help the authorities in Ghana, Burkina Faso and the other riparian countries to optimize water allocation within the basin.
