How to Submit Your Film
In order to enter the Contest and compete for the awards, please follow the instructions below. We encourage you to directly upload your film onto the YouTube webpage, but if you cannot upload it onto YouTube, you can submit to us your film via email or mail.

YouTube:

1. Read the   Contest Details before you start filming.
2. Create an account with YouTube and upload your film on your YouTube page.
3. When uploading a film on YouTube, so that people can more easily find your film on the YouTube website, tag your film with the following keywords : World Bank; climate change; film contest; film, video, contest, social development; vulnerability, etc.
4. Please include the following text in the Description box when uploading:
   “This film is an entry to a micro-documentary film contest, 'Vulnerability Exposed: Social Dimensions of Climate Change.' Please visit www.worldbank.org/sdccfilmcontest and vote your favorite film NOW.”
5. After you upload your film onto the YouTube website, complete the online registration form with your contact details and the YouTube weblink to your film. You must agree with the stipulated terms and conditions before you submit.

Email or Mail:

1. If you are unable to upload your film on YouTube, you may email your film to the following email address: socialdevelopment@worldbank.org. Please attach the filled out registration form.
2. Alternatively, you may also send a DVD of your film and the filled out registration form to the address below. We encourage you to use an insured or certified mail service when you are sending us your DVD.
