Public Viewing and Voting All film entries are available for public viewing and voting. The public voting starts as we post the submitted film entries on the website. There will be a limit of one vote per person during the public voting period. For films submitted to the Social Dimensions of Climate Change award category, the top 15 entries with the most public votes will proceed to the next step for judging by our distinguised panel of Judges. For the Young Voices of Climate Change, youth award category, the top 5 entries with the most public votes will be presented to the Judges for their selection as well. The film entry with the most public votes in each theme category will receive an honorable mention. Panel Judging The top 15 films for the Social Dimensions of Climate Change Award (general award category) and the top 5 films for the Young Voices of Climate Change Award (youth award category) voted on by the public will be considered by a panel of judges who have distinct areas of expertise relevant to the Contest such as media, international development, environment and human rights. For the general Social Dimensions of Climate Change Award, the Judges will be responsible for selecting a first place winner, as well as second place and third place runner-ups (from the 15 shortlisted films). For the Young Voices of Climate Change Award, Judges will select one winning film (from the 5 shortlisted films).  All winners will be notified by email during the month of November 2008.
