Multi-Donor Trust Funds (MDTFs) have been established in a number of post-conflict situations to mobilize resources and coordinate reconstruction efforts. The World Bank administers or has administered MDTFs in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Timor Leste, Iraq, and Afghanistan, among other countries, providing a venue for systematic consultations with contributing donors.
