A workshop on the citizen report card (CRC) methodology in Accra Ghana was held from July 26-30, 2044 The workshop was jointly organized by the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. The key audience of the training were staff of the National Planning and Development Committee, as well as representatives of sector ministries and from district poverty monitoring groups. The main objective was to orient a cross section of government professionals in NDPC and sector ministries working at central and district levels on the methodology of conducting participatory monitoring and accountability approaches using the citizen report card.
