Several organizations and institutions from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay participated in the three-day event which provided an excellent window for the awardees to network and interact with organizations dedicated to the same issues. Moreover, the Bank organized the event, Voices of the Girls as a separate part of the capacity building seminar. The objective of the deliberation was for the girls representing the winning organizations to express their opinions about the future, as well as their hopes and aspirations. The girls were also expected to try coming up with an action plan on how to resolve their problems in conjunction with other actors. In this sense, the activities also helped improve interaction between the organizations and their beneficiaries.
