Publications Database 
The Safety Nets Publications Database contains over 1,800 publications on different aspects of program design and implementation.  The database is devised as a learning resource to support research and operations. The database includes materials that have been useful for World Bank staff working in the area of safety nets and social protection. Entries are searchable by keyword, as well as multiple search categories including region/country; language, topics, program interventions.  The database includes discussion papers, reports and books, primer publications and notes, articles, among other resources.

Safety Nets Primer
The World Bank Safety Nets Primer is intended to provide a practical resource for those engaged in the design and implementation of safety net programs around the world.  Readers will find information on good practices for a variety of types of interventions, country contexts, themes and target groups, as well as current thinking of specialists and practitioners on the role of social safety nets in the broader development agenda.  The Primer includes Papers and shorter summary Notes.

Other World Bank Safety Nets-related Documents & Reports
In addition to many other safety nets-related documents, this institutional repository holds over 15,000 free, downloadable documents, including operational documents (project documents, analytical and advisory work, and evaluations), formal and informal research papers, and most Bank publications. Please note that the link above will take you to a subset of the entire database that shows only documents cataloged as "social assistance."

Provides access to the World Bank's formal publications that cover the full spectrum of economic and social development.
Libraries
Provides information about services of the joint IMF-World Bank libraries, including an online catalog, visitor access, inter-library loans, and locations of depository libraries around the world.
