Washington, April 15, 2011 - The second RSR Donor Meeting hosted by the World Bank was held in Washington, DC on April 15, 2011. The meeting included representatives of the governments of the Russian Federation, Norway, and the United Kingdom. The agenda included a review of the early results and Lessons Learned of the Program, and presentations on six country specific activities.
