 | Marc Frilet is the managing Partner of the Paris law firm Frilet - Société d’Avocats. Before founding his own law firm, Marc Frilet had been partner with the Bureau Francis Lefebvre law firm in charge of large international infrastructure projects.
His law firm is one of the French and international leading law firms for construction, infrastructure and mining projects, with a special emphasis on concession contracts and public private partnerships. The law firm has an extensive practice in developing countries, more particularly in Africa and in India, and is currently involved with railways, ports, roads, water and power projects for clients coming from various jurisdictions.
Marc Frilet is visiting professor at Université Paris V - René Descartes and teaches international investment laws. He is the current Chair of the PPP Working Group of the Paris Bar, and in his capacity as General Secretary if the French Institute of International Legal Experts (IFEJI), is a Board Member of the French PPP Institute (Institut de Gestion Déléguée). On the international scene, he is the co-Chair of the PPP Task Force of the International Bar Association. He is also a fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) and member of the Council of Governors of the African Law Institute. |
