Heinrich ("Henry") C. Bofinger has been a consultant with the World Bank and the IMF for seven years, in addition to having been in the private sector as an international management consultant with firms and clients such as AT Kearney and JP Morgan Chase. In addition to having broad experience in high technology, Mr. Bofinger became involved in aviation and air transport as a result of his experiences in leasing out aircraft for flight schools, personal transportation, and the transportation of goods. He is a licensed private pilot. Mr. Bofinfer holds a BBA and an MBA in Finance from George Washington University.
